Fantastic, ideal to be enjoyed at the end of a meal, accompanied by a glass of cinnamon liqueur homemade.<br \/>\nAnd now&#8230;fasten your apron.<!--more--><br \/>\nIngredients<br \/>\n500 g of flour<br \/>\n125 ml of oil<br \/>\n125 ml of wine (I prefer red wine)<br \/>\n200 g of sugar<br \/>\na tablespoon of aniseed seeds<br \/>\na tablespoon of elderberry (or aniseed liqueur)<br \/>\nsalt<br \/>\none teaspoon of ammonia<br \/>\nMix all the ingredients, pour the wine, aniseed liqueur and oil in the centre and knead until you get a soft consistency.
